Contract Season
Summer 2012 & School Year 2012/13 Contracts must be completed by May 31, 2012
Between May 1st and 31st, the office staff will set up and process contract appointments for over 200 families. This is no small task! Yearly we have noted that certain days and times, we have line ups of people wishing to do their summer and fall contracts.
This year will mark another “new” process to CLCC. During the last half of April (16th – 30th), you will see a board in the entry way with time slots available for booking. There are 15 time slots for each of the 22 days we are open in May. You will pick a time that is suitable for you (everything from 7:15am up to 5:35pm). At that appointment we will greet you with fall contracts based on your current schedule as well as summer contracts with your selected days (providing you give us that information before your appointment day!) If you wish to request additional contract days for September 2012 we ask you get your request in 2 weeks before your appointment time. We will make every effort to have your request answered before completing your contract, however, in some circumstances, it will not be possible to approve additional days until just before school starts.
We will then go over the terms of the contract and set up your Pre Authorized Debit (PAD) information. Please bring with you, updated immunization records (if applicable), and a blank void cheque for PAD. At that appointment we will also confirm the information we have on file for emergency contact and family address & phone numbers.
